Minecraft is a sandbox video game where you can explore, build structures, and create your own world using textured cubes in a 3D procedurally generated environment.
Minecraft therapy is beneficial for counselling because it enhances engagement and provides a creative, interactive space for you to express yourself and work through challenges with the support of a therapist.
In Minecraft therapy, you can expect sessions with an accredited counsellor where you’ll use the game to build rapport, develop problem-solving and communication skills, and gain insights into your behavior in a supportive and engaging environment.
